Parade Flagpoles recently completed another successful installation—this time at the picturesque Gourock Golf Club, perched on the stunning west coast of Scotland. With breathtaking views over the Clyde estuary and the surrounding hills, the location offers a perfect backdrop for a proud, towering flagpole.

Flagpole Installation Details:

The installation process began with precision groundwork, including setting a robust concrete foundation and securing a heavy-duty base plate with anchor bolts for maximum stability—especially important in exposed coastal locations. The team ensured the fixings were perfectly level before erecting the pole, which now stands proudly beside the clubhouse entrance.

Despite the typical west coast weather, the project was completed smoothly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to club operations. The finished result is a sleek, white, fibreglass flagpole, standing tall and ready for ceremonial and everyday use.

The new flagpole not only enhances the entrance to the clubhouse but also serves as a proud symbol for members and visitors alike. Whether flying the Saltire, a club pennant, or commemorative flags, the pole is now a permanent and practical fixture of this much-loved local golf course.
